Our billable rate is $40 per hour with a $40 minimum for any work done except for email account setup, which is $20 per mailbox setup. This is a premium service because mailboxes can be set up at no cost by the customer.

Charges for website design is typically a flat rate quoted before we begin construction.

Payment for any work done by Internet Business Services is due within 24 hours of the date a invoice is sent to the customer.

Our services are no different than a auto repair service. When you take a car to have it repaired and work is done, payment is expected before you get the keys to your car back. If you fail to pay us within 24 hours, we have the right to suspend your service until payment is made.

If a customer has failed to pay a invoice within 24 hours, Internet Business Services may refuse to do any further website work for that customer in the future.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
